From tomorrow, two-year fixed rates at 95% LTV will reduce by up to 13bps with rates starting from 2.86% with no product fee or 3.34% with no fee and £1,000 cashback.
A fee-free five-year fixed rate will also decrease to 3.35%.
Additionally, Barclays has added eight new partner house-builders to its Green Home Mortgage.
Launched in April 2018, the Barclays Green Home Mortgage offers a preferential interest rate on two and five-year fixed rate mortgages up to 90% LTV and Help To Buy mortgages up to 75% LTV.
The Green Home Mortgage rewards homebuyers who choose to buy an A or B EPC Energy Efficiency Rated new build home with lower interest rates on their mortgage.
Home movers purchasing a new build property could achieve a savings up to £375 on a typical mortgage of £150,000 over the five-year fixed rate term, with further saving achieved through the reduced bills an energy efficient new build home provides.
New partners include Bellway, Bloor Homes, Bovis Homes, Fairview, Kier Living, Linden Homes, Persimmon Homes and Taylor Wimpey.
Added to the initial five partners - Barratt Homes, Berkeley Group, Countryside Properties, Crest Nicholson and Redrow - the house-builders between them build almost half of all new properties in the UK.
