"We’re excited about our partnership with Habito and look forward to supporting the next generation of mortgages"
Earlier this month, Habito became the first UK mortgage broker to start lending, with a range aimed at individual buy-to-let landlords.
The range is open to all borrowers including first-time, self-employed, retired and older landlords, with two, three, five, seven and 10-year fixed rate deals available up to 80% LTV.
Limited company and portfolio products are expected to be launched in the near future.
Pepper UK currently manages over £17bn of assets for UK lenders.
Gerry McHugh, CEO of Pepper UK, commented: “We’re excited about our partnership with Habito and look forward to supporting the next generation of mortgages by bringing together traditional finance and innovation to improve the customer experience.”
Martijn van de Heijden, chief strategy officer at Habito, added: “Having built our origination platform from scratch to guarantee our customers certainty and speed to offer, it made sense for us to work with the best partner to help us service our new mortgages. We look forward to growing with Pepper UK as we expand our offering in the coming months.”
