NatWest has partnered with Brickflow, a digital marketplace for specialist commercial property finance.

The partnership enables NatWest to connect directly with brokers and their borrowers via Brickflow’s Lender API, delivering live rates and real-time deal integration.

The collaboration offers live product availability – brokers can view and compare real-time NatWest rates and lending criteria directly within Brickflow.

The partnership also reduces manual data entry and accelerates decision-making for brokers, while enabling NatWest to tap into digitally engaged brokers and borrowers to scale its lending presence across the commercial finance landscape.

Glenn Franklin-Jones, director of lender relations at Brickflow, commented: "We’re proud to welcome NatWest to Brickflow. This integration is about more than just technology — it’s the finance equivalent of last mile delivery and lenders recognising the benefits to modern methods of distribution."

David Furnival, head of broker services at NatWest, said: "This is a step forward for brokers and their borrowers to easily connect with NatWest through Brickflow, quickly seeing live-rates and providing real-time deal integration. We’re always looking for new ways to better serve our customers so we’re happy to partner with Brickflow to do just this."
