Brickflow has announced a strategic partnership with property data platform, Sprift.

The collaboration integrates Sprift’s 'Key Property Facts' reports directly into the Brickflow workflow, allowing brokers to generate property reports in a single click, facilitating fuller funding proposals at the outset.

The partnership provides a live, demonstrative view of a property’s viability. Users can now generate a detailed report that covers everything from title numbers to restrictive covenants, floor areas, and flood risks. This level of upfront detail allows brokers to present a complete analysis of a property and its local area, including price estimates, ensuring no detail is missed before a deal is submitted to a lender.

By providing instant access to 300+ data points on over 30 million properties via the Sprift platform, the integration removes the need to manually search for specifics. Brokers can now identify potential deal-breakers well before a case reaches a lender’s desk.

Ian Humphreys, CEO at Brickflow, commented: "Lenders move fastest when deals are easy to understand and the risks are well presented. By integrating Sprift’s data directly into our platform, we are giving brokers the power to present to their borrowers and lenders like pros. It’s about taking the manual work out of property finance and replacing it with speed & certainty, helping our partners secure more customers and grow their pipelines."

Christian Woodhouse, head of partnerships at Sprift, added: "Our mission is to make property data more accessible and useful for everyone in the property journey. Partnering with Brickflow allows us to bring our comprehensive data into the specialist finance space, helping brokers save time and lenders make better-informed decisions."
