Broka, the sourcing platform for bridging and development finance, has become an official partner of the NACFB.
Broka connects brokers with more than 250 approved lenders in one place, allowing them to request and compare terms quickly.
For lenders, Broka provides visibility with an active network of engaged brokers. This creates a more direct and efficient way to showcase products at the right moment — when brokers are sourcing finance.
Broka will be introduced to the NACFB community through a tailored launch programme using the Association’s email and online channels, including the Morning Briefing and LinkedIn.
Kristian Wilkinson, director at Broka, said: “Our mission is to bring brokers and lenders together in one platform that delivers speed, clarity and efficiency. Partnering with the NACFB is an important milestone for us, and we’re excited to support members with technology that makes sourcing much more comprehensive.”
Jim Higginbotham, CEO of the NACFB, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Broka aboard as an official partner of the NACFB. Their offering will be attractive to both our member brokers and our patron lenders operating across the bridging and development finance space.”
