Paradigm has announced three key senior appointments to its team.
Paradigm has appointed Louise Weiss (pictured) as its new head of sales, supporting its growth strategy across mortgages, protection and compliance.
Louise will be responsible for the strategic direction of membership growth across mortgage and protection accounts, as well as compliance services.
As part of the senior leadership team, she will focus on delivering growth and income targets, leading partnership managers and business development directors, and identifying new firms to join the Paradigm group.
She will also help shape adviser engagement strategy, provide market insight to the leadership team and represent the business at a senior level across the industry.
Louise joins from Bank of Ireland UK, where she was national partnership manager, helping to shape intermediary strategy, grow market share and manage key partner relationships.
Louise has also led strategic initiatives, including a partnership with UK Business Mentoring, and actively supports talent development through mentoring programmes such as Working in Mortgages.
Paradigm has also announced the promotion of two long-standing team members.
Tom Hunt moves into the newly-created role of commercial director from business development director.
In his new role, Tom will focus on driving commercial performance, strengthening lender and partner relationships, and supporting the continued evolution of the group’s proposition.
Daniel Davenport has also been appointed to the role of business insights and team manager. Having been with the business for almost ten years, Dan will continue to oversee business performance analytics for Paradigm as well as line-managing a number of individuals involved in commissions, management information and protection support services.
