Since graduating from Kingston University in 2007 with an economics degree, Serena began her career in financial services at Capstone Mortgages while studying for Cemap.
Over the last 10 years she has been a mortgage adviser and managed a team of advisers at both NatWest and Post office Money.
For the past four years, Serena was a BDM at Santander helping intermediaries secure both residential and buy-to-let mortgages in the South.
