Richard Wilfan has joined as a Senior Business Development Manager for the North, while Joshua O’Leary takes up the role of Senior Relationship Manager for the South.
Wilfan joins Roma with 17 years’ experience in the specialist finance sector, having previously spent eight years at Together, before moving to Goldentree as a Business Development Manager, where he spent nine years.
O’Leary previously spent five years working at brokerage Mackenzie Byrne as Director of Development and Structured Finance focusing on ground-up residential projects and structured deals involving senior lenders and third-party equity.
