Bridging lender SDKA has appointed Laura Perry as its new underwriter.
Laura brings more than a decade of experience spanning commercial mortgages, regulated mortgage processing, underwriting support and operational management.
Laura previously worked at Together Commercial Finance, most recently serving as commercial auction fulfilment processor. Beforehand she also held the roles of personal finance mortgage processor and commercial operational support.

Founded in 2016, SDKA is an unregulated bridging lender offering products on residential, semi-commercial and commercial properties across England, Wales and Scotland. The lender offers fixed interest rates from 0.84% per calendar month up to a maximum LTV of 75%.
