SDKA expands underwriting team

James will work with brokers from initial application through to completion.

James Holehouse SDKA

SDKA has appointed its sixth underwriter, James Holehouse.

He will work with both brokers and direct business applicants from initial application through to completion, as well as dealing with surveyors and legal professionals to ensure every deal is completed to all stipulated requirements and timeframes.

James joins from Salboy where he held the position of development manager from January 2018.

SDKA is an unregulated bridging lender offering products on residential, semi-commercial and commercial properties across England, Wales and Scotland.

The lender offers interest rates from 0.84% per calendar month up to a maximum LTV of 75%. Terms are available up to 24 months with a maximum loan size of £10m.
