Synergy Commercial Finance has added StreamBank to its lender panel.
StreamBank, which launched in 2023, specialises in short-term and specialist property lending. Its proposition is designed to help brokers secure funding on both straightforward and complex cases, including time-sensitive bridging loans, property refurbishment projects, development exit finance and commercial investment opportunities.
Appointed representatives (ARs) of Synergy Commercial Finance can now place business directly with StreamBank across its bridging, development and commercial lending ranges, including its broker-focused StreamEdge product.
StreamEdge is designed for time-sensitive and straightforward commercial bridging cases. It offers loans from £400,000 to £1 million, up to 65% LTV. The product includes a £1,000 legal fee contribution and title insurance, and provides brokers with direct access to decision-makers. Re-bridges, adverse credit, drawdowns and heavy works are excluded, making it a fast-track solution for clean cases involving semi-commercial or commercial properties. While the product is available on both regulated and non-regulated terms, it will be offered to Synergy ARs strictly for non-regulated business.
