Melton Building Society has lowered rates across its fixed rate Credit Repair mortgage range.

Rates have reduced by up to 0.30% on products across the range, available up to 80% LTV and fixed for two years. All products are subject to a £199 app fee, with completion fees varying across the range.

The rate reductions follow the recent launch of the Society's 100% LTV mortgage and foreign national product range.

William Bell, mortgage product manager at Melton Building Society, said: “Reducing rates across our fixed rate Credit Repair mortgage range reflects our ongoing commitment to making homeownership more accessible.

“We understand that customers with adverse credit often face additional barriers, so these changes are designed to offer a great opportunity for those working to rebuild their financial position. By reducing rates on these products we aim to support more customers on their journey to repair their credit and build a pathway back to mainstream lending.”
