TMG Mortgage Network has announced the launch of TMG Financial Services — a new consumer-facing advice brand covering mortgages, protection and later life lending advice.
TMG has built its brand supporting advisers, appointed representative firms and brokers across the UK - and is now extending its offering to consumers. TMG Financial Services has been designed to sit alongside the wider TMG Mortgage Network, strengthening the group’s presence across both the broker market and the direct consumer space.
All advisers operating through TMG Financial Services are established members of the TMG Mortgage Network and will work within the group’s compliance framework as an appointed representative of TMG Mortgage Network.
TMG also plans to use its adviser network, local partnerships and community relationships to help support practical, accessible financial education in schools, colleges, sports clubs, workplaces and community settings.
Scott Thorpe, CEO of TMG Mortgage Network and TMG Financial Services, said: “Since founding TMG in 2021, our ambition has always been to build something that genuinely stands out in this industry. TMG Financial Services is the next step in that journey. We are proud to be headquartered in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, and our work in the community has shown us how important accessible financial education and advice really is. Too many people leave school without understanding money, mortgages, protection or the financial decisions they will face in adult life. TMG FS gives us a platform to support families directly, but also to build something bigger around education, schools and community impact.”
Nicholas Jenkinson, managing director of TMG Mortgage Network and TMG Financial Services, added: “What makes TMG special is its people. The advisers within this network are genuinely among the best in the business, and TMG Financial Services gives us another platform to showcase that expertise. The strength of this model is that it combines national adviser expertise with local trust. We can support clients directly, learn what works, and use those lessons to help strengthen advice-led communities across the UK.”
