Vida has announced rate reductions across its fixed rate residential and buy-to-let product ranges.

Residential rates have been cut by up to 1.05%. Product highlights include a Vida 36 standard two-year fix at 6.49% and a five-year fix at 6.14%, both at 75% LTV

In addition, a fee-free Vida 36 five-year fixed has reduced to 6.34% at 75% LTV.

Across the lender's buy-to-let range, standard and limited edition rates have been cut by up to 0.80%.

A Vida 36 standard five-year fix has reduced to 5.04% at 75% LTV and a standard limited edition two-year fix now starts from 6.00% at 65% LTV or 6.20% at 75% LTV, available at the same price point for individual units, HMO or MUB.

Reductions have also been made across Vida's range of retention products by up to 0.75%.

All Vida products are backed by the Vida Service Pledge, which was introduced at the beginning of last year and allows brokers to request a refund of the £180 application admin fee if they feel they have received less than excellent service.
