Avamore Capital has promoted Saif Ali Khichi to the role of senior credit officer.
The promotion recognises Saif’s contribution over almost three years with the specialist lender, during which he has played a key role in supporting a wide range of refurbishment, development and bridging transactions.
Saif joined in July 2023 as an underwriter, and has held previous roles at CapitalRise, Habib Bank AG Zurich, and Bank ABC.
In his new role, Saif will work closely with Ed Blundell, head of credit operations, to support the credit function across all aspects of underwriting, execution and portfolio management.
