Broker Conveyancing, part of Movera, has partnered with GOTO Group and Landmark Information Group to offer brokers access to a variety of property survey services and RICS-qualified surveyors.
The collaboration, which also extends to Broker Conveyancing’s sister brand Agent Conveyancing, enables introducers to refer clients for a wide range of home surveys including everything from Help to Buy and probate to Home Survey Level 2 and Home Survey Level 3 Reports.
These partnerships are available for clients referred via the Broker Conveyancing and Agent Conveyancing portals, ensuring they are quickly connected with specialist RICS-qualified professionals from one of the partners' panels, wherever they are based throughout England and Wales.
Mark Tosetti, CEO of Conveyancing Alliance, commented: "Surveys are a vital component in helping buyers make informed decisions. With these partnerships, we’re empowering mortgage brokers and estate agents to offer even greater value to their clients by making it simple and convenient to arrange high-quality, reliable survey work.
“It’s another step forward in our mission to provide and match brokers and estate agents with best-in-class home moving partners and services and bring greater levels of quality and clarity to the home moving process.”
Nigel Hoath, CEO of GOTO Group, said: "We’re delighted to partner with Agent Conveyancing and Broker Conveyancing to expand access to our national survey network. Our RICS-qualified surveyors provide consistent, professional service across the country, helping to demystify what can be a complex part of the property journey."
Simon Brown, CEO of Landmark Information Group, added: "This partnership aligns perfectly with our commitment at Landmark to bring certainty, speed and transparency to the home buying experience – a commitment we share with the team at Movera. Through this collaboration, brokers and estate agents can strengthen their role as trusted advisers, improving both the customer experience and overall transaction transparency.”
