Cambridge & Counties Bank has expanded its real estate finance team with the appointments of Ian Tudor and Mohinder Parmar as senior business development managers.
Ian will focus on growing Cambridge & Counties Bank’s client base in the South East of England and London. He joins the bank from Redwood Bank, where he spent four years as a regional BDM, working closely with brokers across a range of sectors, including semi-commercial, buy-to-let, and HMOs sectors, among others. Prior to this, he spent 18 years at NatWest as a BDM.
Mohinder Parmar brings more than 15 years' experience in supporting brokers across London. Mohinder joins the Bank from Interbay, where he spent over four years as a specialist finance account manager. During this time, he worked closely with brokers across a broad range of commercial real estate sectors, including commercial and semi-commercial property, large portfolio buy-to-let refinancing, purpose-built student accommodation and build-to-rent developments.
Mohinder will strengthen the Bank's presence across London while expanding opportunities throughout the Midlands.
In addition to Ian and Mohinder, Stephen Faulkner and Matt Dalton have been hired as lending officers, supporting client teams in the Midlands, Wales and the south of the UK, among others.
Paul Howard, regional director for the South at Cambridge & Counties Bank, said: “The dynamic UK commercial property sector continues to offer excellent investment opportunities, particularly in markets such as the Midlands and London.
“We have seen record demand for our sophisticated property finance lending proposition and, as we look to capitalise further on the momentum the bank has in the UK, we’re delighted to welcome high-calibre, highly experienced individuals such as Ian and Mohinder on board to expand the work we do with brokers and their clients.”
