With responsibility the Midlands extending into Wales, Sabiha said: “When the opportunity came to join the Charles Street team, I didn’t hesitate. The business has a strong ambition for growth in a region that, so far, has been untapped. I am delighted to be able to introduce a fast flexible lender to my customers and contacts in the region.”
Lisa Seaton joins as BDM for Yorkshire, Humberside and the North East, having worked as a BDM at the Co-operative Bank for Intermediaries. Her experience also includes roles at Stonebridge Group, Tenet Group and Scottish Life. Having previously worked in a broker-led environment I am keen to expand my reach to also work with direct customers.”
In London and the South, Victor Williams joins as BDM to build the brand’s presence in the region. He brings commercial real estate lending experience from Habib Bank AG Zurich, Metro Bank and Barclays.
Victor commented: “I’m impressed by Charles Street’s offer to provide brokers with flexibility and speed. The business’ desire to find the right outcomes for its customers means that every case is judged on its merit with a strong appetite to find flexible funding solutions. It’s a compelling offer for my customers and contacts in the South.”
The new hires follow the recent appointments of Thomas Ratcliffe and Louise Ward as relations manager and customer retentions manager.
Carl Graham, corporate relationship director for Charles Street, added: “It is fantastic to recruit the first representatives of our field-based BDM team. We know that the market is in need of a finance partner that can bring agility and a strong appetite to support clients from the reception that we have in the Northwest. With Sabiha, Lisa and Victor on the team we are ready to mine opportunities and build long lasting relationships with customers and business partners across the UK.”
