Winning Best Technology Provider was important for 360 Dot Net because this award is voted for by the users. It is a tremendous measure of customer satisfaction, endorsing the quality of our team’s work and demonstrating to us the value that our customers place on using our CRM and Back Office solution 360 Lifecycle.
What has changed for your business since 2018?
Since 2018 we have continued to develop 360 Lifecycle with our configurable Factfinds, diary enhancements and additional reporting capability. 360 Dot Net value feedback and input from our existing customers, this has enabled us to develop our product in line with their needs. During the year we have further grown our market share and we are proud to say that 20% of Mortgage advisers now benefit from 360 Lifecycle including a host of the leading firms.
What do you think has been the best development in the industry in the past year?
The best development in the industry is the advent of open banking and the tremendous opportunities that will be created by this. We at 360 Dot Net are always looking for ways to help advisers and their clients by improving operating efficiencies, the prospect of being able to apply direct to the lenders is an exciting one.
What advice would you give a business hoping to scoop an award this year?
Be customer focused, provide the best possible product and constantly look to improve. We at 360 Dot Net are proud of not only our solution, 360Lifecycle, but also the team who look after our customers providing training, a friendly helpdesk and active account management.
