"Making the right technology investment decisions is, more so than ever, critical to the success of any modern firm."

The firm currently enables instant instruction, 24-hours seven, days a week, through its GWlive case management system. In addition, both brokers and clients can benefit from the free GWlegal app.

Anthony commented: “Legal technology is going through some interesting changes at the moment, with stakeholders of all backgrounds demanding more and better tech than ever. For firms, like GW, with in-house IT teams, it really is all-hands-on-deck to ensure great new products are continually offered to brokers and clients, which in turn increases the firm’s internal efficiencies. The key to all that is the right tech, being developed by the right people.

“Making the right technology investment decisions is, more so than ever, critical to the success of any modern firm. Luckily, at GWlegal, market-leading products are already in place. I was keen to take this position to see that the firm’s tech goes from strength to strength. I am determined that the team will continue developing strong technological platforms, making us the go-to firm for specialist legal areas, and always ahead of the game when it comes to technology.”

Emma Hall, head of sales at GWlegal, added: “We are delighted to welcome Anthony to our team and I am certain that this fantastic addition to our IT department will not just improve the tech journey of all our brokers and clients, but demonstrate our intense commitment to being the best, in all areas.

“Anthony brings a fresh new perspective and we are excited to see how the firm’s already impressive tech (if I do say so myself!) advances from here, under Anthony’s expert direction.

“I agree with Anthony - we are dedicated to providing the best possible service to everybody we work with, so it is most certainly ‘all hands on deck!’ from this moment on.”
