In addition, Jonathan Gomez has been promoted to the role of Treasurer, further strengthening the team.
These hires are part of an effort to continue to build up LendInvest’s in-house capital markets capabilities, as it looks to open a securitisation programme next year for it’s Buy-to-Let product. LendInvest launched it’s Buy-to-Let product last year and has seen significant growth for the business from the product.
Jonathan Gomez joined LendInvest as Director, Capital Markets in 2015. Prior to which he worked for Bank of America in Los Angeles, in Warehouse Lending. Jonathan’s new role as Treasurer will involve overseeing the funding obligations, liquidity forecasting, and cash and interest rate risk management at LendInvest.
Allister Keller has joined from Charter Court Financial Services. Allister is a member of the Treasury team with responsibilities for portfolio reporting and analysis and hedging. With a risk and research background, he will be contributing to various projects across the business.
Taher Miah has joined from Deloitte, where he worked on analytics and the modeling of securitisation transactions. Prior to this, Taher was at IHS Markit where he was responsible for valuations and building out their European ABS pricing service.
Robin Parker has joined from Orbit Housing, one of the largest social housing developers in the UK, where he worked on the largest single-tranche bond issue seen in the sector. In his new role, Robin will draw on his extensive experience in asset-backed funding and securitisation, gained at companies including Santander and Nationwide.
Victor Pichon has joined from FinTech lender Prodigy Finance, where he helped raise over a billion dollars in debt funding in the past year. Prior to this, Victor was at Standard & Poor's where he was responsible for the ratings of Residential Mortgage Backed Securities.
