Its figures show that sales grew 67% by both volume and value compared to 2018.

Acting for a number of builders and developers across the UK, Spicerhaart Part-Exchange & Assisted Move provides a range of part-exchange and assisted move services, including its own funded part-exchange proposition.

The business appointed two new area negotiators in 2019 and is looking to take on additional negotiators in the New Year.

Lucy Folly and Yuella Hutton both joined Spicerhaart Part-Exchange & Assisted Move in 2019 from the retail sector.

Lucy, who covers South Yorkshire and the East Midlands, had previous experience in the property market as a lettings consultant. Yuella’s area includes Kent, Essex and the M4 corridor.

Neil Knight, business development director at Spicerhaart Part-Exchange & Assisted Move, commented: “This is the latest in a string of good results for us and we’re expecting this success to continue into the New Year, with more confidence returning to the market and people getting on with moves they may have been putting off.

“We will definitely be looking to bring new people into the team. I believe we offer a very good working environment, with a close-knit team and soon brand new offices as well.”
