GB Bank has launched a new bridging finance range with rates starting from 0.79% per month, designed to offer fast, flexible funding solutions for property investors.

The Bank provides lending up to £20 million in tailored funding for UK companies, individual investors, and foreign nationals. This includes all bridging types including those with complex structures, and unique properties.

The new bridging range is available on residential, semi-commercial and commercial properties and is available on loans between £500,000 and up to £4m. With terms between 12 to 18 months and a 2% arrangement fee, the minimum interest period is six months.

For residential properties, rates start from 0.79% per month up to 65% LTV and from 0.89% per month up to 75% LTV.

Semi-commercial rates are available from 0.99% per month up to 65% LTV and 1.09% up to 75% LTV, while commercial rates are available up to 60% LTV with pricing tailored on a case-by-case basis.

GB Bank lends across England, Wales and mainland Scotland, to individuals, limited companies, LLPs, SPVs and trusts. It offers finance for a range of purposes, including developer exit loans, auction purchases, residential & semi-commercial properties, light to medium refurbishments, portfolio stabilisation and permitted development projects.

The Bank is able to lend on assets including houses, flats, HMOs, multi-unit freehold blocks (MUFBs), offices, retail units and hotels, with lending available to UK and foreign nationals with a UK bank account. This includes first-time investors, which are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Pankaj Thukral (pictured), chief lending officer at GB Bank, commented: “Our new bridging range not only highlights the breadth of cases we are able to support, but also how competitive we can be across residential, semi-commercial and commercial assets.

“We recognise that speed and flexibility are critical in today’s market. Whether your clients are purchasing, refinancing, or funding refurbishment works, our bridging loans are designed to help you help them act quickly and seize opportunities.”
