Gen H has launched a new product switching range for intermediaries.

Brokers will earn a 0.25% procuration fee and existing Gen H customers will receive exclusive rates and pay zero product fees.

Brokers can reach out to the Gen H broker team by email to start a switch with no need to upload documents or run new affordability assessments.

This comes after the recent expansion of the lender’s homebuying bundle range to home movers as well as first-time buyers. The bundle lets clients bundle their mortgage and legals with Gen H Legal and accesa discounted mortgage rates.

Gen H officially launched to the intermediary market in the summer of 2021, so brokers who were Gen H early adopters have clients up for a product switch in the coming months.

Since launch, the lender has partnered with more than 12,000 brokers. They are currently working with Legal & General Club, Paradigm, TMA, PMS, Brilliant Solutions, Primis and more clubs and networks across the industry.

Pete Dockar, chief commercial officer at Gen H, said: “The introduction of this range shows the crucial role our intermediary partners have in helping Gen H homeowners get the best possible mortgage outcomes. As a lender, we really value these relationships, which is why it’s so important to prioritise both the experiences of our broker partners and their clients. This is the seamless, supportive experience that allows us to deliver the best possible customer outcomes.”
