Hope Capital Property Finance has announced that it hs launched Dual+, a residential bridging product designed to support deals with urgent completion deadlines.
Dual+ is available at 75% LTV at 0.79%, aimed at borrowers requiring fast, reliable funding for residential purchases, refinances, capital raises and cosmetic light works.
The lender has introduced a dedicated packaging team to support the launch, enabling the lender to confidently meet tight deadlines with an experienced team of sales specialists. From initial enquiry through to approval, Dual+ gives brokers greater certainty of completion by carrying out key elements of the underwriting process, including the valuation, at enquiry stage. This early approach allows accurate decisions to be made sooner and provides greater confidence in the progression of each deal.
Once a case progresses to underwriting, the lender instructs legals using its established solicitor relationships operating under dual representation. This approach delivers faster turnaround times, cost savings and a more streamlined legal process for borrowers.
The Dual+ criteria includes 75% LTV at 0.79%, loans up to £500,000, terms from three to 12 months, and availability for purchase, refinance and capital raise. The product is designed for cosmetic light refurbishment only, covering non-structural works, and offers flexible payment options across England and Wales. Full title insurance is included with no upfront legal undertaking. Dual representation applies, cases must qualify for an instant valuation, and electronic KYC and AML verification is used.
