Hope Capital Property Finance signs three industry pledges

The lender is championing wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion within the financial services sector.

In the past few weeks, Hope Capital Property Finance has revealed a rebrand, Great Place To Work accreditation, and recognition as a Living Wage Employer. 

Now, the short-term lender has confirmed several further initiatives that support both iits team and the wider industry. 

Hope Capital Property Finance has officially signed up to:

• The Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter (MIMHC) – demonstrating its dedication to promoting positive mental health and wellbeing across the business.

• The Pride in Finance Alliance – reaffirming its commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace for LGBT+ colleagues and allies.

• The Menopause Workplace Pledge – ensuring that all employees affected by menopause are supported, understood, and treated with respect in the workplace.
