Inhale Capital is the latest lender to go live with its bridging criteria on Knowledge Bank.

UK mortgage professionals can now search and access Inhale Capital’s criteria in real time to support accurate case placement.

Specialising exclusively in bridging finance, Inhale Capital provides tailored lending across residential, semi-commercial and commercial property. Its offering covers purchases, refinances, capital raises, auction finance, and light refurbishments, with flexible terms of up to 18 months and loans available up to £2.5 million.

Inhale Capital is able to fund transactions without the need for a full external valuation. By undertaking valuations in-house, the lender is able to streamline the process, saving clients both time and cost. In addition, Inhale Capital offers dual legal representation, further enhancing efficiency and reducing complexity for borrowers.

Privately funded and operating throughout England, Scotland, and Wales, Inhale Capital supports a wide range of clients, including individuals, limited companies, UK citizens, and non-UK residents with the right to reside.

Rob Goodall, founder and CEO at Inhale Capital, said: "We are excited for the future and no valuation on commercial property is a genuine USP in the bridging space. Alongside dual representation, this will ensure speed, efficiency and transparency for borrowers and brokers."

Julie Bourne, criteria relationship manager at Knowledge Bank, added: "It’s great to welcome Inhale Capital to Knowledge Bank, our brokers are crying out for more options in the bridging market and Inhale will offer another solution for our users."
