The firm says expansion has been essential to support the growing numbers in the self-employed team, which recently hit 400 brokers.
Each director is responsible for approximately thirty self-employed brokers. Alongside providing professional advice, the area directors also work with the self-employed team to develop business plans and support them to hit their goals.
