The 12-week 'Pathway to competence' course supports new brokers as they transition from getting their CeMAP to advising clients.
The course includes a full-day masterclass session that includes advice from a lender on progressing cases and a session from on criteria.
45 brokers qualified through the Just Mortgages academy in 2021. The first academy of the year has completed and 12 brokers are currently going through the subsequent Pathway to competence course.
Heidi Smith, adviser development manager and curator of the Just Mortgages’ course, said: “Investing time in our brokers as they make the first steps in their careers is a crucial part of ensuring they are successful.
