The newly appointed members will help to support advisers with any underwriting or technical queries.
The new underwriters are Christine White and Lisa Green.
Lisa joins OneFamily with 25 years’ experience in financial services, including most recently five years in equity release underwriting with Partnership and Just Retirement. Prior to this she spent six years as a mortgage underwriter for Optoma Broker Solutions.
Christine has also spent five years at Just Retirement in equity release underwriting. Prior to this she was a medical underwriter for Partnership and worked in mainstream mortgage underwriting for 16 years at Nationwide.
The processing team welcomes Karen Welch, Lucy Donaldson and Louise Fuller, all three have extensive customer service experience for both adviser and consumer audiences.
