Highlights of the new range includes three-year discount rates from 3.14% with a Power of Attorney in place or 3.44% without, both with a £499 fee.
Three-year fixed rates are also available from 3.67%, or 3.37% with a Power of Attorney, with a £999 product fee.
All products are available up to 50% LTV on a maximum loan size of £1m.
