Development finance lender, Magnet Capital, has strengthened its sales team with a series of internal promotions and a new hire.
Will Calito has been promoted from business development manager to head of sales.
Since joining Magnet Capital, Will has played a key role in driving new business, strengthening broker relationships and raising the lender’s profile across the development finance market. In his new role, he will lead the sales function, help shape commercial strategy and support the delivery of the firm’s ongoing growth plans.
Brian Kerr has also been promoted from BDM to senior BDM. Magnet says his promotion recognises his "ability to manage more complex transactions while maintaining a high standard of service for brokers and clients".
In addition, Magnet Capital has appointed Charlotte Bas as a BDM. Charlotte joins the business from Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, where she most recently held the role of lettings manager. Charlotte will focus on building new introducer relationships across the East and South East of England.
