Financial Reporter has officially unveiled its 30 Under 30 class of 2026, recognising 30 outstanding young professionals making their mark across the mortgage and financial services industry.
Now in its second year, the programme celebrates the achievements, ambition and contributions of professionals under 30, shining a spotlight on those bringing fresh ideas, driving change and making a real difference across the sector.
Supported by Working in Mortgages, the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) and the Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association (IMLA), the initiative continues to champion emerging talent while creating opportunities for young professionals to raise their profiles and develop their careers.
This year's class of 2026 represents a diverse mix of roles and career paths, with each individual demonstrating the impact that the next generation is already having on the industry.
Beyond recognition, the programme provides opportunities for the cohort to build connections, share their experiences and contribute to wider industry conversations through editorial features, speaking opportunities and events.
The class of 2026 will be invited to join us at Under 30 Live on 27th November at ARBORETUM in London, an event dedicated to supporting the next generation through learning, networking and career development.

Andy Shields, director at Barcadia Media, commented: "One of the best things about 30 Under 30 is seeing just how much talent there is coming through our industry. We've been genuinely impressed by the calibre of this year's applicants, and we're incredibly proud to introduce our class of 2026.
"What's particularly exciting is the range of people and achievements represented. These individuals are already making a real difference in their businesses, supporting clients, bringing fresh perspectives and helping move the industry forward.
"But 30 Under 30 is about much more than recognition. We want to give talented young people a platform to build their networks, share their ideas and access opportunities that will help them progress in their careers.
"A huge congratulations to everyone who has made this year's list. We're looking forward to working with you and seeing what you achieve next."
Stephanie Charman, acting chair of Working in Mortgages, said: “Congratulations to everyone recognised in this year’s Financial Reporter 30 Under 30. There is so much to learn from people building their careers in our industry, and we want their experiences and ideas to help shape its future.
“We’re delighted to support an initiative that gives young professionals the recognition they deserve and opportunities to have their voices heard.
“We hope this year’s cohort will feel proud of what they have achieved and encouraged to take the next step, whether that’s sharing an idea, speaking at an event or inspiring someone else to pursue a career in mortgages.”
