Aldermore appoints head of mortgage omnichannel

Aldermore has appointed Jon Cooper as head of omnichannel for its retail mortgage business.

Jon will be responsible for driving sales through brokers and alternative channels as well as into the direct team.

Jon has over 30 years’ experience in financial services and joins from the Cooperative Bank where he was responsible for their branch network as well as their SME, commercial banking and mortgages businesses.

Prior to that, he managed the team of field and phone based advisers at Natwest and held a number of senior leadership roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
