The product is eligible for both purchase and remortgage up to 75% LTV with rates starting from 4.18%.
Funding is available for individual BTL units, HMOs (of up to 6 beds) and multiple units (up to 4) on freehold titles. First time landlords will also be considered, providing they meet personal income requirements. Furthermore, existing landlords are free from minimum personal income criteria altogether.
Aldermore’s product is available to British citizens and foreign nationals residing in any country within the Financial Action Task Force.
