Becky Odams joins the residential team as a case manager, and has been in the financial services industry for 11 years, spending the last six at a local UK advisory business dealing with pensions, mortgages and insurances.
Lucy Crascall joins the buy-to-let team as a case manager, deciding on a career change from her previous role in retail.
