Digital lender Molo doubles maximum loan size

Digital mortgage lender Molo has increased its maximum loan size from £250,000 to £500,000.

Molo's maximum LTV will be 75% on loans up to £300,000 and 65% LTV on loans between £300,000 and £500,000

Molo launched to market in November 2018 with an initial product offering of buy-to-let mortgages for individuals. Its range has since grown to include multiple limited company products with residential mortgages expected to launch in 2020.

Molo’s CEO, Francesca Carlesi, commented: "Our aim is to be accessible to all UK borrowers. This change is yet another step forward in bettering our consumer offering and opening up fast, simple, fair, fully-digital lending to those looking for a higher buy-to-let loan amount."
