"As we look to grow our national accounts, field sales and business development activity, our newly expanded teams will be central to this push."

Eloise Hall joins the national accounts team as a key account manager. Eloise has over seven years of experience in the mortgage services market and joins Kensington from Principality Building Society, where she worked in a dual role as key account manager and business development manager. Prior to that, she worked at Leeds Building Society in several roles over a five-year period including business development manager.

Andy Millard has also joined Kensington as a regional business development manager for the South. He has over 10 years’ experience in retail banking and building societies, having spent time at West Bromwich, Nationwide and Leeds Building Societies.

The lender has committed an extra 30% to its revolving warehouse facility to fund £1.4bn worth of new buy-to-let and residential mortgages this year.

Craig McKinlay, new business director at Kensington, said: “We are delighted that Eloise has joined Kensington’s national accounts team and Andy Millard has joined the field sales team. Both have a strong track record in managing network and intermediary relationships, which will be invaluable in their new roles. As we look to grow our national accounts, field sales and business development activity, our newly expanded teams will be central to this push.”
