Laura has worked for the society for over four years, including management positions at two of the branches.
In her new role, she will manage BDMs and the in-house telephone intermediary team.
Laura commented: “I’m very excited to start my new role managing the intermediary team and driving business forward. I’ll ensure our high service levels continue and work with brokers to get their feedback as they are at the heart of what we do in this market.”
