The product is available up to 70% LTV for loans between £750,000 and £1 million and 75% LTV for loans between £500,000 and £750,000.
The new two-year discounted rate product is priced at 2.75% with an application fee of £199 and a completion fee of £1,300.
The mortgage comes with a free basic valuation and free ‘fast track’ legal fees via the Society’s nominated solicitor.
