Metro Bank appoints director of lending products

Metro Bank has appointed Andy Piggott as its new director of lending products.

Andy joins from TSB where he spent two years as head of personal current accounts before being appointed as head of cards.

Prior to that, he worked at Lloyds Banking Group in a number of positions, including head of personal current account sales.

At Metro Bank, he will be responsible for overseeing the bank’s mortgages and unsecured lending products.

Paul Riseborough, chief commercial officer at Metro Bank, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Andy to the team at such an exciting time for us.
