Metro Bank cuts rates on its 5-year fixes

From today, high street bank Metro Bank is reducing rates on its residential 5 year fixed rate mortgages by 20bps.

Metro Bank cuts rates on its 5-year fixes

For residential mortgages under £1.5m the new prices will be 2.99% at 60% LTV, 3.19% at 70% LTV, 3.49% at 80% LTV and 3.79% at 85% LTV.
