The new rates are as follows:
- 2 Year fixed rate at 2.34% at 75% LTV with £995 fee
- 2 Year fixed rate at 3.14% at 80% LTV with NO fee
- Existing Mover 2 Year fixed rate at 2.29% at 75% LTV with £995 fee
- Exclusive for Current Account customers - 2 Year fixed rate at 2.24% at 75% LTV with £995 fee
- 2 Year fixed rate Homebuyer Plus at 2.34% at 75% LTV with £995 fee – available via Santander for Intermediaries only
