The reduced rates include a two-year fixed rate at 80% LTV, available from 2.39% for purchase and 2.61% for remortgage.
New three-year fixed rates are availabe from 2.59% up to 80% LTV.
All the mortgages have an £899 arrangement fee and £99 application fee; the remortgage has no arrangement fee and an application fee of £99.
