Available for purchase and remortgage, new two-year fixed rates start from 1.52% at 80% LTV with a £999 fee and at 1.84% with no fee.
Five-year fixed rates are available at 1.95% with an £800 fee or 2.10% fee-free at 75% LTV, and at 2.00% with a £999 fee or 2.20% with no fee up to 80% LTV.
