IRESS' mortgage sales and originations solution will halve the time to arrive at a decision in principle to just 15 minutes, via its Mortgage Pro platform.
Additionally, the new lender hub technology uses APIs to pre-populate client data from broker systems to lender systems. This directly reduces broker re-keying of information in support of agreement in principle and full mortgage application.
The technology also supports open integrations with third parties such as conveyancers and valuers, reducing errors and processing times.
