Ben will also have product ownership of SourceInsight, the company’s data analytics platform.
Ben was most recently head of solutions at BookingBug, a SaaS platform that provides omni-channel appointment management services for clients such as YBS, Capital One, HM Treasury, The Home Office, and Co-op Bank.
