The group of businesses, which employs 85 people across three offices in South Wales encompassing Y3S Loans, Y3S Bridging & Commercial and Chaseblue Loans, felt that it needed to firm up its approach to Human Resource Management in the run up to FCA regulation.
“There has been so much to do address before regulation takes hold of the second charge industry and we want to ensure that we have taken all reasonable steps to build strength in every conceivable area”, said Matt Cottle, joint CEO of Y3S Group. “Laura is utterly professional and has considerable experience in running HR departments within FCA regulated firms bringing a wealth of knowledge to our team. She is also the second female member of management to be appointed in the last 4 weeks.”
“I am over the moon that Laura has joined our team. As a highly qualified HR professional, with many years of experience in our sector,” said joint CEO Barney Drake. “She understands the need to cement the group’s role as a customer-focussed business and furthermore, her appointment will further improve the development of all staff. She will play an essential part in our overall business strategy.”
