New bridging lender joins the BDLA

SNM Bridging Finance has become the latest lender member to join the Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA).

SNM Bridging Finance provides bridging finance to individuals, property investors and businesses and specialises in supporting time-critical funding needs, including property purchases, development projects and cash flow requirements. Loans are available on residential property, commercial and semi-commercial.

The BDLA now has more than 50 lender members, with a collective loan book of over £13.7 billion, and its total membership including associate firms is fast approaching 100.

Adam Tyler, CEO of the BDLA, commented: “We are pleased to welcome SNM Bridging Finance as the latest lender member to join the BDLA. As our membership continues to grow, our shared voice becomes stronger and our ability to support best practice across the sector increases.
