Nottingham Building Society has appointed two new business development managers, with Avril Dugdale covering the North East region and Rachel Bridle focusing on the South of England.
Avril joins The Nottingham with a wealth of experience within the mortgage sector, having previously held the same position at Zephyr Homeloans, Virgin Money and most recently, Pepper Money UK. Prior to that, Avril was a mortgage and protection adviser at Halifax and Reeds Rains.
Rachel joins Nottingham Building Society from MORTGAGE 4 YOU, where she worked as a mortgage adviser for the past six years. She has also previously held roles at both Nationwide Building Society and TSB Bank.
Rachel Bridle said: “I am delighted to be joining The Nottingham as the business development manager for the South. Having been a mortgage broker for the past six years, I understand the importance of being able to have someone I can turn to and talk through a case. The role as field BDM will put a face to The Nottingham across the South, further promoting all the Society has to offer. I am excited to meet brokers and establish strong, long-lasting relationships, supporting them in assisting their clients to buy their own homes.”
